Marc A. Donohue has served as the Government Services Director/City Clerk for the City of Eastvale since May 2019. He previously served as the Deputy City Clerk for the City of Laguna Woods, the City Clerk of the City of Rosemead, the Chief City Clerk of the City of South Pasadena and previously served as the City Clerk in the City of Eastvale from 2014 through 2016.

Marc currently serves as Region IX Director for the International Institute of Municipal Clerks (IIMC) and President of the City Clerk Department for Cal Cities. Marc previously served as the President of the California Municipal Clerks Association (CMCA) from 2022-2024 and President of the City Clerk Department for Cal Cities from 2022-2023. Additionally, he currently serves or has served on the IIMC Elections Committee, IIMC Membership and Mentor Committee, and the CMCA Mentoring Committee. He was also named City Clerk of the Year by CMCA in 2021 and Manager/Director of the Year at the City of Eastvale in 2021.

Marc holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Operations Management from California State University of Los Angeles. He obtained his Certified Municipal Clerk designation in 2015. In 2017, he obtained his Master Municipal Clerk designation.
