The California Municipal Clerks Association (CMCA) needs willing members to volunteer for various committee assignments and special projects throughout the year. Serving on a committee is a great way to meet other Municipal Clerks and earn one (1) point per committee or volunteer effort toward CMC or MMC certification.

Our Committees are a vital link to the success of the Association. Committees and volunteers help ensure the information and knowledge shared with the membership are timely and accurate.

CMCA is looking for thoughtful, forward-thinking individuals with diverse experiences. We invite you to get involved.

Qualifications

Committee members must be a member of CMCA in good standing. Committee members have the overall responsibility of supporting the Board of Directors and carrying out the committee charges as set forth by the Board.
