Your membership ensures that CMCA can carry out its mission of promoting the profession of Municipal Clerks through education, support, and communication. Your membership entitles you to reduced registration rates for CMCA-sponsored events and training opportunities. In addition, members are eligible for numerous scholarship opportunities, may serve on the Board of Directors, and vote in Board elections.

How can I join CMCA?

The CMCA Board of Directors unanimously approved the following changes to membership dues, effective July 1, 2025:

• Flat rate of $300 per member
• Membership now remains with the member
• CMCA Membership runs from July 1 - June 30.

Dues paid in May and June will be applied to the next fiscal year.
