How to use AI in Local Government and the Municipal Clerk’s Office

This [in-person] session will take a deep dive into the world of the Local Government, the Municipal Clerk and Artificial Intelligence (AI). The session will cover what AI can do and tools available for local government; the ethics of AI, including drafting policies, content, privacy, disclosure and data protection. The session will include sample guidelines and policies, and practical applications of how to be a driving force within your agency and case studies from municipal clerk offices around the state.
