Registration Fees

Pre-conference:

• Advanced Academy: $150 member / $250 non-member
• Athenian Leadership Dialogue: $150 member / $250 non-member

For Pre-conference only registration, please contact zi@calclerks.org 

Conference:

• Early Bird Member Rate: $675
• Regular Rate: $750 member / $950 non-member (we anticipate general registration opening in February 2026)
  

Meal Functions

The following meals are included in your registration fees ( schedule and offerings subject to change ):

• Monday (Athenian Leadership Dialogue only): Lunch
• Tuesday (Advanced Academy and Athenian Dialogue only): Continental Breakfast and Lunch
• Wednesday: Continental Breakfast and Lunch
• Thursday: Breakfast, Lunch, and Banquet
• Friday: Breakfast

Cancellation Policy

Per Board Policy 107 Section 4.8, registrants may cancel their registration for a full refund (less a 25% admin fee) until March 30.  After March 30, refunds are subject to a 50% admin fee. Less than 15 days before the conference, no refund.

All refund requests must be made in writing (email accepted). Refunds will not be granted after April 14.
